Retraction Policy

Multidisciplinary Science Frontiers (MSF) is committed to maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record. Articles may be retracted when clear evidence exists that:

  • The findings are unreliable due to misconduct (e.g., data fabrication, falsification) or serious error.
  • The work constitutes plagiarism or unauthorized use of copyrighted material.
  • The article has been published elsewhere without proper disclosure (duplicate publication).
  • The research was conducted or reported in violation of ethical standards.
  • Significant conflicts of interest were intentionally concealed.

Retraction Procedure

  • Allegations will be investigated by the Editorial Office and Editor-in-Chief, with input from authors, reviewers, and relevant institutions when necessary.
  • Authors will be given an opportunity to respond to concerns before a final decision is made.
  • Decisions will be guided by internationally recognized publishing ethics standards and best practices.

Retraction Notice

  • A formal retraction notice will be published and linked to the original article.
  • The original article will remain accessible to preserve the scholarly record but will be clearly marked as “Retracted.”
  • Retraction notices will state the reason(s) for retraction whenever possible.

MSF reserves the right to issue corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions as appropriate to ensure the accuracy, transparency, and integrity of the scientific literature.
